Yes as the manufacturer, all parts for the KneeScoot kneewalkers are available for aftermarket purchase.

Does the Knee Scoot fold when not in use?2019-10-21T14:51:37+00:00

Yes. Both models of KneeScoot will fold easily for storage and transportation when no in use. The kneewalkers fold by lowering the steering column. The knee pad can be removed in order to “fold up” in the most compact position possible. By doing this the KneeScoot will fit in most cars for travel.

The handle of the kneewalker folds down regardless of whether the knee pad has been removed or not. In order to fold the walker to the most compact position possible is is recommended the knee pad is removed.

The tyres on occasion may mark floors if the user skids across the floors with the brake applied. If this happens the marks are easily cleaned up by wiping with a wet cloth.

Yes, the Quad 4 and Quad 4 Pro All Terrain kneewalkers will work on carpet as well as many different floor types.

All our Knee Scoot kneewalkers have disc brakes for added peace of mind and realibility, unlike other cheaper models. There is also a handbrake on all our kneewalkers.

Yes, a user manual comes in the box with all new kneewalkers. The user manuals can also be downloaded from each product page on our website also.

To inflate the tyres of the all-terrain kneewalker you can use an automotive or bicycle tyre inflator with a compact head.

Our range of KneeScoot products are designed for users of all different heights.

The handlebars of our Quad 4 Pro kneewalker are adjustable from 93cm (36″) up to 110 cm (43″).

The handlebars of our Quad 4 kneewalker are adjustable from 88cm (34″) up to 103cm (40″).

No you do not need a prescription to buy one of our KneeScoot kneewalkers. Our range of kneewalkers are available to both private and trade customers throughout the UK.

Delivery throughout the UK usually takes 2-3 working days.

When you are choosing a Knee Scoot to purchase, factors such as height, weight, cast type and how you intend to use the kneewalker need to be considered. All our knee walkers are fully adjustable including knee pad and handlebar height.

 

Will the Knee Scoot need to be assembled when it arrives?2019-10-21T14:56:14+00:00

When you receive your new KneeScoot kneewalker, it will need very little assembly. The knee pad, steering column and storage bag will need to be secured into the kneewalker frame. Full assembly instructions will be included inside the box.

The KneeScoot Quad 4 has solid wheels. These are wheels are puncture proof, so you will not have to inflate them.

The KneeScoot Quad 4 Pro All-Terrain has pneumatic types. A bicycle pump can be used to inflate these tyres if needed.
