Our Delivery & Returns Information

Our delivery and returns policy covers any questions or issues you have have when placing an order on our website, Take some time to read the information below and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us, either by phone or email.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the UK on all our kneewalker products. Orders placed for in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours or the next working day, if the order is placed over the weekend or public holiday.

Delivery throughout the UK usually takes 2-3 working days. Order will be dispatched by a third party courier and tracking information will be available once your order has left our warehouse.

If the item you have ordered arrives damaged, you will need to contact us immediately to let us know. We need to be informed about any damage within 24 hours of you receiving your order, at the latest. We can be contacted by phone on 00353 866 3366 or alternatively you can send us an email here.

Returns:

Under distance selling regulations for the sale of goods online, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. The item needs to be in it’s original packaging with no signs of use or damage.

The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. You will need to organise a courier to send the item back to our warehouse. You are 100% responsible for the item until it has been received into our warehouse. If there is any damage to the item caused by the courier, the item may be rejected by our warehouse depending on the circumstances.

Prior to returning an item, you will need to contact us in advance. We will provide you with a reference number to include with your return. This ensures that we know to expect this return and it will not become lost in our warehouse.

Refunds:

All refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item officially being marked as returned into our warehouse. Once we are notified by our warehouse that the goods have been received and are in their original condition then they will authorize us to initialize the refund process.

As the only payment method, we currently take is Credit or Debit Card then this is the only method that we will issue your refund. Once we have issued a refunded to your card, please allow several working days for it to appear back in your account. The time it takes depends on bank.

Defective Goods:

In some rare cases, the product may become defective. If an issue arises with the product, you need to STOP using it straight away and contact us immediately. We do not endorse the use of a defective or broken product as this may cause risk or injury to the user and third parties.

We will advise the next steps that are to be taken to ensure we can repair or provide a replacement product for you.
